Burnouts. they are a great past time for any guy who has had a car with a little bit of power and a necessary evil for those who like to hit the quarter mile strip on the weekend.. How bad for your car is it when you burn out? i have a 1997 camaro with a v6 engine. every now and then i will do a short burnout (maybe once a week for 3-6 seconds?) and very rarely doughnuts just to fool around.. I know it's bad for the tires but im talking the driveterain, engine, axles, and all of that. i have been pushing my car exessivly hard lately and i just wanted to know exactly how bad it is..
